How does the STAFF person respond to leads? Answer: The experience for the STAFF person is much the sames as that of the customer. When a lead is automatically assigned to them, or manually assigned by the Admin, they will get a notice. They just log in, go to My Questions, review the Question and respond.
However, we also built in a PRIVATE COMMENTS function. This function allows the STAFF person to make private notes about the lead. At the end of the sales cycle, the STAFF person should also enter whether the lead turned into a SALE, and what the SALE amount was. This data is required if the ADMIN wants to employ the "Cost Per Acquisition" reporting in the Reports Control panel.
