Question: How do I view my conversion data, leads, CPC.. etc?
Log into your Joomla control panel, click on Components and click SerrBizFormsLT
From the FormsLT menu, click Reports.
From here you can view different statistics, along with the ability to edit your form directly from this menu.
You can edit, view total visits, conversion rate, number of leads, CPC, CPL/Cost, CPA, Details, Share/Print the report and also delete the form.
You can go into deeper detail of the Marketing Channel of a specific form by clicking the Details tab.
Then, once in details, click the drop down box and select the form you want to view the marking channel information on.
You also have the ability to download the form's report onto a .CSV file and/or print it out.
To do this, click the Share Reports tab.
Much like viewing the details of the form, you will have to click the drop down box and select which form
you will want the details of. If you want all of your forms in a single file, or a single place to print, you can click All and it will display everything.
