What is the customer experience? After you make a form and publish it in the front end, the user experience starts when they complete the required fields and click submit.
In this scenario, we have the form set to use EMAIL VALIDATION, so the first thing the customer sees is a notice to check their email. " Thank you for your request. We sent an email to the address provided. Please confirm your email by following the link in the message we sent" Shortly there after they receive and email of with the validation link in it.
When they click it, the prospect will be taken to the email confirmation page, and the final message will be displayed. "Email verification complete! Username and Password has been sent on provided email id. We received your message and will contact you shortly. If you need immediate help, please call 800.555.1212." Once the customer validates their email, they get a final email with their user name and password.
*Note: The customer USERNAME is based on their email unless you use the USERNAME field in the form, in which case the username will be whatever the customer created. Additionally, a notice is sent to the admin, as well as the STAFF person the form leads were pre-assigned to. Once the STAFF person or ADMIN responds, the customer will receive an email with the following message. "Hi, If the customer wants, they can log in and leave additional comments. If they choose to respond via the website, this what they will see after they log in and click the My Questions link. The customer then will click the "D" icon to see the details of their question(s). The customer can then click the REPLY link to post a response, which is saved and also sent to the STAFF person assigned to the lead.
This process can go back and forth untill the lead is closed. At any time the customer or staff person can log in to leave additional responses. Note: The REPLY window also allows for adding ATTACHMENTS as needed by either the customer or the STAFF.
